Course and quiz identification

The hiring company will select what courses and quizzes a candidate is recommended to engage based on predetermined criteria to qualify for a position.

Job Postings

The position, including its requirements, is posted on the TalentUp Africa App.

Selection

TalentUp Africa will use an algorithm using applicants’ background and results on personality, aptitude, and industry knowledge quizzes as selection tool Onboard.

Shortlisted Candidates

TalentUp Africa will provide the hiring company with shortlisted candidates. Based on the hiring company’s need, either TalentUp Africa or the hiring company interview these candidates Hire leaders and mangers direct from our Leadership Academy.
