Dr Cecilia Varendh Mansson
Founder, CEO & Member of the Board
Dr. Cecilia Varendh Mansson is the CEO of TalentUp Africa and a Fellow at the Wharton School. With a Ph.D. from Oxford, Wharton, and Harvard, she serves as an expert in fintech and strategy. She has led TalentUp through multiple financing rounds and secured partnerships with AWS and Deloitte. A member of the WEF Council on Responsible Systems and Trustee at Wigwe University, her background includes leadership roles at H&M and Morgan Stanley.

Filip Andersson

Hospitality Entrepreneur & Philanthropist Filip Andersson is a hospitality entrepreneur whose family owns Kinondo Kwetu, a boutique hotel on the Kenyan coast. He co-founded the Kinondo Kwetu Trust Fund, an initiative dedicated to healthcare, education, and environmental conservation. The Trust supports a local primary school and runs a health center recognized as the 'best clinic in the district.' This facility serves 100,000 patients annually, including 1,700 births, driving significant social impact in the Kinondo village.

With over 15 years of experience across legal, commercial, and development sectors, she focuses on digital transformation and youth employment. Previously, she held key government roles in Ogun and Lagos States. Omolara is a purpose-driven leader dedicated to designing scalable, inclusive solutions that connect young people to international opportunities and drive lasting impact across Africa.
